One hundred members of the congregation met on Sunday, October 5, 2008 at 9AM. Two mothions were approved unanimously. First, please welcome Pastor Cathy Sherry as Senior Pastor of Mt. Zion UCC. Secondly, the profile submitted by the Self Study Team was accepted. The adoption of the profile moves us into the search and call process. The profile will be made public and advertised through Penn Central Conference. Our search committee, consisting of Holly Bievenour (Chair), Scott Cooper, Marge Howe, Ted Trout-Landen, and Debbie Butcher, will review profiles of interested candidates responding to the call.
