With the start of school just around the corner, we wanted to celebrate and start the school year off right, so on Sunday, August 28, we incorporated a Blessing of the Backpacks into our worship service. Students, preschool through adult, were asked to bring their backpacks to worship that day. We lifted up students of all ages, dedicating them to God’s glory as we began a new school year.
